I'm into meat
The Hanging Meat Ritual of an Imaginary Tribe
Mosquito swarms and sunsets make the hulk black

Loose bundles in a corporate whole that gash the
Surface by their defections of rot. They descend
Loosely, and drip into a slush still appetizing. Holy
Sustainer! and Noble Shape in the Sky! to amazed
Wolves cowed with each release, crouching
At the simultaneity of tear, slide twinge, dangle; melt,
Drop, splash drape—the holy slough of their
Distant sustainer.
More infrequent now: it has dropped so much of itself
And when without its heft it blows in the wind it
Blows weirdly. Even the wolves stop coming.
The sinew is too tough to drop and limps there like the
Frayed ends of the rope, its body descended into
